Members are required to provide their Alternate ID, (the Delta assigned ID number) or the Member ID associated with your AHP Account when contacting Delta Dental customer service and when utilizing the Member Portal and other online tools.
Your Delta Dental Member ID number is derived by your United Healthcare Member (UHCSR ID) number. Your UHCSR is a 7 digit number (example 1241234). To get your Delta Member number, add two number eight (8’s) to the beginning of the number.
UHCSR ID 1241234 – Dental ID will be 881241234
UHCSR ID 8841234 – Dental ID will be 888841234
